A multimodal equine bodywork session blends a range of complementary therapies—depending on your horse on the day but will likely include some massage, myofascial release, stretching, and targeted mobility work—to address the horse’s individual needs. This integrated approach helps reduce tension, improve circulation, enhance movement quality, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing for horses in both work and recovery.
